the area. We file most insurance claims as a courtesy

Most insurance benefit plans have a co-pay or
coinsurance due at the time of service.
Many insurance providers require referrals or
pre-authorizations for certain specialists and specific
tests. It is the patient’s responsibility to inform the
physician’s office of these requirements.
